Google Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
Photos You Upload
Images you analyze are uploaded to our image host (Cloudinary) and stored so we can provide your history, power features such as sending an item to FotoFlip, and improve our analysis over time. You can request deletion of your stored images at any time (see Contact).
Analysis Results
Your analysis history is saved to your account so you can review past items.
Feedback
If you choose to provide feedback on analysis results, we store it along with the associated image to improve our service.

Basic analytics about how you use the app (no personal information).

Third-Party Services

- Anthropic Claude — for AI image analysis (primary)
- OpenAI — for AI image analysis (fallback)
Data Retention
- Account Information — retained until you delete your account
- Uploaded Images — stored on our image host (Cloudinary) to provide history, enable features, and improve analysis; deletable on request
- Analysis History — retained in your account until deleted
- Feedback Data — retained to improve service quality
International Users
Flippi is operated from the United States. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
